I made this yesterday after a bike tour, so good!
Banana Nektarine Smoothie
(serves 2)
- 300g firm plain yoghurt
- 50-100 ml milk, depending on how thick you like your smoothie
- 1 banana
- 1 nektarine
- 1 teaspoon honey (optional - you will find that using ripe fruit, you most likely won't need any additional sweetness)
